Ying Zhang, male, he was born in Aug. 1968. He is a Doctor, Associate Professor, and he has been working as a faculty in Dept. EE of Information Engineering College of Shanghai Maritime University since 2006. He got his Ph.D degree in Automation Dept. of Shanghai Jiaotong University in Sept. 1999. In the period of 2004 to 2006, he worked in Post Doctorate Station of Control Science and Engineering in the College of Information and Technology of Donghua University as a post doctorate. From 2009 to 2010, he worked as a senior visiting scholar in the College of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Georgia Institute of Technology. He had got a dozen national patent, published more than fifty scientific papers.
